All forms are due back in the AHF Office by June 8th.

Summer Camp registration forms
Summer Camp is Monday June 15 - Friday June 19 from 9am-12pm in the AHF Hall and surrounding parks. All Members' kids and grandkids are welcome. Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult, 12 and older will be considered a Junior Counselor. Please make sure to fill out a separate form for each child, including those that are 12+.
Paper copies are available at the AHF Office.
Please return to the AHF Office (you may also leave it in the secured AHF drop box on the door) or email to ahfmvadmin@ahfmv.com
Deadline to register is June 8.
